The bookkeeping models already handle more than one property. In the set up sheet, list each property as its own Income Type. Then every rent payment you enter is allocated to the right property, so you can see exactly where your income is coming from.

Joint ownership
For Making Tax Digital, joint owners only count their own share of the rent towards the threshold.
